About Planet Heart Health

• Planet Heart was created in 1996.  Nutrition advocate and artist Tali Lehavi was determined to inspire everyone to want to be healthy.  Lehavi created a world of cartoon characters who live on Planet Heart so that they can teach young and old how to live the Planet Heart way and make Planet Earth a Planet Heart!™
• Lehavi's main character Lovelle reminds people that the Power of Infinite Goodness is inside them!  Lovelle makes choices that are good for the short and long term.  This means that Lovelle eats healthy food, exercises, and motivates others to do the same. Lovelle has been visiting children with Congenital Heart problems and helping Lehavi at every event to inspire others to health.  Lovelle will gladly come to your hospital to cheer up your child!  
• Through Planet Heart and the Heart Characters, Lehavi created the heart hand gesture-- a symbol that allows us to connect to our inner selves and to each other.  Lehavi named the heart hand gesture the HeartMark.  HeartMark Health became the first company dedicated to mindfulness, with Lehavi's blog, books, and nutrition and fitness classes.  
• Lehavi taught the HeartMark Yogalates-- a fitness program in which people make hearts with their bodies as they exercise.  
• Lehavi taught HeartMark Health --nutrition and and cooking lessons at many Sprouts on the west coast, hospitals, in Girl scouts, and at fairs.  
• With the creation of Planet Heart, Lehavi has been able to voice her passion for nutrition, fitness, and a healthy attitude.  Lehavi is passionate to help inspire you to be healthy.  Please read some of Lehavi's blogs, check out her health books on Amazon, or contact Lehavi for personal 1 on 1 or group lessons.  The schedule changes often, so don't hesitate to call!  

Our group classes are 50 minutes long and only $30 per session ($110 for four). Personal training is $50 for one hour. We have a class schedule that works with your busy lifestyle.
